  • How do I get my free socks?

    Any customer that spends over $100 in any tribe collection will receive free matching custom socks. Rock the socks everyone!

  • What if I cannot find my tribe?

    Have no fear... If you do not see any shoes that represent your background, culture or nationality, please visit our Where's my tribe? page and leave us aa message. We love creating custom footwear for everyone's tribe, whether it is currently in our store or not. Typically, it takes our artists about 24 hours to create the product and design you're looking for.

  • How do I know my shoes will fit?

    This may be the question we get asked the most. Luckily for you, each footwear product page we provides a shoe sizing chart that breaks down each shoe's dimensions of width and length, for both US and EU sizing.

  • What materials do you use to make your shoes?

    I'm so glad you asked, because we are annoyingly proud to use only the highest quality leathers, rubbers, foam, and fabric in each product we create. We obviously specialize in making custom made shoes that are direct replicas of some of the industries' most popular brands, but they don't just look the same. Nope. We actually replicate our masterpieces using the same top grade materials that the top brands use, which gives our unique custom footwear the same look, feel, and durability.

  • How do you custom print your shoes?

    With deadly precision, and beautiful artistry. Since our team uses only the highest quality materials during the construction, and manufacturing process, it ensures the printing will be brilliant and vibrant, and last forever. Our artists use the latest state-of-the-art printing techniques, to ensure that our customers receive the quality products they have come to expect. 

  • Where are your shoes made?

    We keep it local for our customers. To expedite manufacturing and shipping times, we partner with several factories worldwide, including multiple manufacturers within the United States. We ship directly from the United States domestically, and our European manufacturers ship to customers in that region.

  • How do I track my order?

    Easy peasy. Please visit our Track Order page and enter your order number, email or phone number, or tracking number to check on the delivery progress.

  • Do you have free shipping?

    You bet your sweet Yeezys we do. All US customers receive free shipping on all products. For more on our shipping policy, please visit our Shipping page.

  • How long until my order arrives?

    Patience isn't one of our virtues either, so we get it. Once an order is placed, we do our best to quickly move the item into production and complete the fulfillment process. Certain items may take longer for artwork modification and production, but generally the process from the order placement to art production, transfer and production of item is between 1 and 7 days. Depending on location, delivery times range roughly between 7 and 21 days after the completion of the fulfillment process.

  • How do I change the delivery address after I've already ordered?

    If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To make a delivery address change, please contact us through the Contact Us page.

  • What countries do you ship to?

    We global baby! We currently ship worldwide, and for more information on exact shipping regions, please reach out to our customer support through the Contact Us page.

  • How do I return my shoes?

    If you have any issues with your product, you may send the returned products to Tribal Kix - 12916 Hillcrest Drive Chino, CA 91710. Customers may receive a full refund if all of the following conditions apply:
    1. The item is defective, or not up to adequate standards, and has not met the customer's expectations.
    2. The item has never been used in any way.
    3. The return request is made within 7 days of the original delivery.
    4. The returned product must be received back no later than 30 days from the day it was first delivered to the customer.
    5. The item is returned back to us in its original packaging.

  • Can I exchange my order?

    Not happy with your purchase and want something else? You may send the returned products you wish to exchange to Tribal Kix - 12916 Hillcrest Drive Chino, CA 91710. Customers will be eligible for an equal, or lesser than, exchange of products, if all of the following conditions apply:
    1. The item is defective, or not up to adequate standards, and has not met the customer's expectations.
    2. The item has never been used in any way.
    3. The exchange request is made within 7 days of the original delivery.
    4. The returned product must be received back no later than 30 days from the day it was first delivered to the customer.
    5. The item meant to be exchanged is returned back to us in its original packaging.

  • Do you give refunds?

    If prior to the production process, which is usually 1 to 3 days from the time of purchase, we can offer a refund to a customer. Once the production process has started, we do not offer a refund on custom items. Customers may receive a full refund if any of the following conditions apply:
    1. The item is defective, or not up to adequate standards, and has not met the customer's expectations.
    2. The item never got delivered to the customer.
    2. The item has never been used in any way.
    3. The refund request is made within 7 days of the original delivery.
    4. The returned product must be received back no later than 30 days from the day it was first delivered to the customer.
    5. The item is returned back to us in its original packaging.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    All order cancellations must be done prior to the production process, which is usually 1 to 3 days after order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you can send us a message on the Contact Us page.

  • Is it too late to change my order?

    All product order changes, additions and/or removals must be done prior to the production process, which is usually 1 to 3 days after order is placed. Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. To make any changes, please reach out to us on the Contact Us page.

  • How do I know you received my order?

    We will definitely keep you in the loop. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer directly after their purchase. Customers will also receive updates once the order is fulfilled, shipped, assigned a tracking number, out for delivery, and once it's delivered. Customers can track their orders on our Track Order page too.

  • How do I pay?

    We accept all forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Bancontact, iDeal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay. We accept all forms of currency worldwide as well. We apologize to any customers upset that we are no longer accepting live goats as a payment method. Times are tough.

  • Do you charge taxes?

    Nope. The price you see is the price you will pay at checkout. No surprises.

  • Can I pay in installments?

    Yes you can. You can use Shop Pay when you purchase to set up installment payments if you'd like. You can pay full price for the product at checkout too. We know everyone is on a budget, so we'll let you decide how, and when, you wanted to pay.
